We’re not actually a factory, but we do have a pretty cool kitchen in an old culinary school. You might have noticed that our Production Lab is tucked away from our Retail Counter, so we’d love to bring you behind-the-scenes to check it out.
Join our founder Zach for a tour of our kitchen and see our production at work. We’ll learn how bread and croissants are made, how a commercial bakery works, and watch our bakers and equipment in action. We’ll also have time for home-baking Q+A, and talk about how to use your own sourdough starter at home.

What to Expect
- We are an active manufacturing facility. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
- Tours last about 1 hour. There will be a short amount of walking, and we’ll be standing for most of the tour
- All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Tours meet at 675 S Broadway at our Retail Counter.
