Just tangy enough–excellent for toast, sandwiches, and frying in butter. This has been our signature loaf since Day 1, and is still our favorite daily bread.

60/40 Sourdough

The β€œwheat” counterpart to our classic Rebel Sourdough. Made with 40% whole wheat flour.

Sonoran Sandwich Loaf

A delightfully soft, sweet, and "creamy" loaf that's perfect for your trail sandwiches, breakfast toasts, and everyday snacking. Our White Sonoran and Ryman Rye flours are grown in Colorado's San Luis Valley, and stone milled by our friends at Dry Storage.
